Eligibility Criteria:
- Children, ages 5-17
- Emotional or behavioral difficulties that have last a long time
- Currently in an at-risk situation at home or in school
- Having difficulty establishing and maintaining appropriate communication in relationships
Warning Signs:
- Argue, disobey, or talking back to parents, teachers, or other adults
- Have outbursts of anger at inappropriate times or temper tantrums
- Poor social skills in different settings
- Involved in Court Services
